Muzzle

I used polyester beige yarn from Adelina Sofia, you  may use any beige yarn. Hook# 3,5

Ch 4

Start from 2nd chain from hook :

R 1: 2 sc, 3 sc in next st, don’t turn, crochet on the  other side of chain 2 sc, inc (9)

R 2: inc, 2 sc, 3 sc in next st, 4 sc, inc (13)

R 3: 2 inc, 3 sc, inc, 4 sc, 3 inc (19)

R 4: 2 inc, 6 sc, 2 inc, 7 sc, 2 inc, slst (25)

Sew the muzzle between rounds 13-23. 

Insert safety eyes between rounds15-16 on distance  about 10 st, insert or sew the nose.

Ears (with brown yarn)

R 1: 6 sc in a mr

R 2: 6 inc (12)

R 3: (1 sc, inc)*6 (18)

R 4-7: 18 sc

Legs+body

With black yarn, hook #3,5

R 1 : 5 sc in a mr

R 2: 5 inc (10)

R 3: (1 sc, inc) *5 (15)

R 4-7: 15 sc

Now we’re going to form the heel, work in rows Ch 1, turn, from 2nd chain from hook 5 sc Ch 1, from 2nd chain from hook 5 sc

R 8: sc 1 on the side of the heel, then 10 sc on the top  of the heel (pic below), 1 sc on the other side of the  heel, on the heel dec, sc, dec(15)

R 9: 11 sc, 2 dec (13)

R 10: dec, 11 sc(12)

R 11-12: 12 sc

Stuff tightly, change yarn to gray

R 13-18: 12 sc

Change yarn to black

R 19-22 : 12 sc

You may stop on the middle of the leg’s inner side, so  sc a few more st if needed

Cut the yarn.

Make right leg, but don’t cut the yarn at the end!

When finished second leg, make sure that you are in the middle of the leg’s inner side, sc a few more st if  needed.

Continue with second leg:

Ch 6, on the first (left) leg : 12 sc, 6 sc on chain, 7 sc  on the right leg, put the marker in the next st, it’s  gonna be the beginning of the round 

R 25: 5 sc, inc, 4 sc, inc, 12 sc, 2 inc, 2 sc, 2 inc, 7 sc (42)

R 26-32: 42 sc

Crochet a few more sc if needed to get the middle  of body’s side

Change yarn to yellow

R 33-34: 42 sc

(I always crochet a few more sc to make the yarn  changing and decreases less marked)

Change yarn to gray

Left ear (don’t cut the yarn, continue to crochet): R 1 : ch 1, turn, 5 sc

R 2: ch 1, dec, 3 sc

R 3: ch 1, 2 sc, dec

R 4: ch 1, dec, 1 sc

R 5: ch 1, dec, close, cut the yarn.

Right ear:

Add the yarn, crochet like you’ve crocheted the left  ear

Sc around the mask, but when you get those six st  which are below the nose, make 2 hdc, 2 dc, 2  hdc.

For straps:

Add the yarn to the mask’s side, Ch 31, sc 30 from  the second chain from hook, slst in the st where  you’ve started. Close, cut the yarn and hide it.

The cloak 

With black yarn, hook #3

Work in rows, ch 1 at the beginning of every row Ch 11, start from second chain from hook : R 1-3: 10 sc

R 4: inc, 8 sc, inc (12)

R 5: 12 sc

R 6: inc, 10 sc, inc (14)

R 7: inc, 12 sc, inc (16)

R 8: inc, 14 sc, inc (18)

R 9: inc, 16 sc, inc (20)

R 10: 20 sc

R 11: inc, 18 sc, inc (22)

R 12: 22 sc

R 13: inc, 20 sc, inc (24)

R 14: 24 sc

For strap:

Ch 45, turn, 44 sc, sew it to the cloak.

Batman logo

Draw on the paper half (!) of the logo, fold the paper  in half and cut out the logo.

Pin with needles your logo to the felt and cut out. Stick the logo to bear’s chest (I used glue for textile).
